If you believed in one thing, and almost your whole home country believed in another thing (Darwin's situation), would you expressed what you believed in, even through all the criticism? Why?
I would not express what I believed in if my beliefs went against those of my country. I feel that 'tis not important that I get to express my beliefs. Whether I express my opinion or not, I shalt still have one! 'Tis not necessary to publicly voice one's opinion if one wilt become persecuted or harmed for it. To me, my beliefs are something special and unique to myself, and 'tis not important that other people know them, only that I, of course, believe in them. However, I do not think one shouldst commit actions of loyalty to something one doth not believe in. For example, if thy country follows a religion thee does not believe in, thou shouldst not pretend to believe in such a religion and follow it solely for the public eye to believe.

If I knew I was correct in my information, I would most definitely express it. If I had knowledge that could continue the progress of mankind, and did not share that knowledge, I would feel too guilty. It would be hard to share this knowledge. There would be may people lashing out at me and disagreeing with what I have stated, but it would be worth it if more could begin to understand this topic and advance in it.

If you want to stay true to what you believe in, then Darwin did the right thing. He was able to push through the criticism and he made new study topics today that scientist have yet to reveal.

I would express what I believed in. If I believe in something, I usually have very strong feelings towards it. If I think something is worth my time, thought, and interest, I don't want to just hide it. I want to show it and tell the world what I think. Then, others may also adopt my beliefs and it could become a big deal.
